My classes are relaxed friendly and informal, and I try to work with everyone at their own level and expose them to the amazing world of Kung Fu.
In this class you will practice stretching, walking drills and stance work, Kung Fu forms, Qi Gong and some fitness exercises. There is nothing that should cause your body any damage and I will do my best to work around any existing injuries you currently have.
The first class will start on Tuesday 11th February 2019 at 7.30pm, will last for an hour and half and costs £7. Hopefully see you there
